Tokyo Marui Utilizing Cerakote Ceramic Coatings
Tokyo Marui, a Japanese airsoft gun manufacturer, recently launched the Gas Blowback (GBB) system M4A1 BB gun rifle featuring Cerakote Ceramic Coatings. This is the first toy manufacturer to use Cerakote on a complete airsoft product, and has brought a new era to the airsoft industry by pursuing a more realistic product to the market. Tokyo Marui is the world's leading airsoft manufacturer and has been in the airsoft market since the 1970s inventing innovative electric guns which are now called now automatic electric guns (AEG). Almost all manufacturers base their electric airsoft guns from their design. Tokyo Marui has been selected as 'Best Airsoft Manufacturer' by the 4th Airsoft Players Choice Awards for 4 years in a row. Japanese Cerakote Certified Applicator, Suzutomo Co. Ltd., has been working alongside Tokyo Marui to apply Cerakote with hopes that many third party manufacturers will follow suit in applying Cerakote to their products.
